Scientific collaborator - Post-doc

 


Ljupcho Grozdanovski is a research collaborator at the Centre d’études juridiques européennes (CEJE) of the University of Geneva since May 2017. In addition to his activity at the CEJE, he pursues a post-doctoral research at the University of Neuchâtel, Chair of European and Competition law.

He completed his BA degree in Law (2006), his Master 1 degree in International law and European studies (2007) and his Master 2 degree in EU law (2008) at the University of Strasbourg. From 2009 to 2014, he was a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Centre d’études juridiques européennes et from 2011 to 2012, he was a Teaching Assistant in EU Procedural Law at the University Jean Moulin (Lyon 3). In 2015, he defended his doctoral dissertation on ‘Presumption in the law of the European Union’, under the supervision of Professor Valérie Michel (Aix-Marseille University) and Professor Christine Kaddous (University of Geneva). The doctoral dissertation was defended summa cum laude and was awarded the prize for best doctoral dissertation in EU law, defended in 2014-2015, at Aix-Marseille University. In 2016, he obtained the French University Teaching qualification in public law.
