The Centre d’études juridiques européennes of the University of Geneva, Jean Monnet Centre of excellence, organised a doctoral workshop, under the direction of Professor Christine Kaddous, on the topic « Dialogue between Judges. The Court of Justice of the European Union and Other International Courts ». It took place from 23 to 26 September 2015 at the University of Geneva.

The opening conference was given by Mr. Niilo Jääskinen, Advocate-General at the Court of Justice of the European Union on the topic « The judge facing with distinct legal regime ».
